The Boonwurrung Land and Sea Council (BLSC) is a community-based organisation committed to the protection, preservation, and continuation of Boonwurrung culture and heritage.
Guided by the wisdom of Elders and cultural custodians, BLSC works to share Boonwurrung knowledge, uphold connection to Country, and promote understanding of the deep spiritual relationship between people and place.
Our work spans Welcome to Country ceremonies, cultural education, heritage consultation, traditional food and language initiatives, and advisory services for organisations seeking to engage respectfully with Boonwurrung Country.
We strive to build meaningful partnerships across Victoria that honour the past, respect the present, and protect the future, ensuring that the Boonwurrung voice continues to be heard and celebrated.
